SURFACE TENSION

SURFACE TENSION explores the meeting point between controlled beauty and instinctive matter. 
The faces are precise, polished, almost frozen. 
The still lifes, meanwhile, melt, crack, and distort.
Each diptych creates a visual echo: a color, a texture, a curve, a tension. 
A series built around diptychs. Each beauty shot enters into dialogue with a still life:
control versus overflow,
surface versus substance,
precision versus accident.
